Customs clearance for international shipments

When crossing state borders, commercial cargoes undergo customs control. They are unloaded to temporary storage warehouses (TSW), recalculated, checked TN VED codes, checked the correctness of the declared value and compliance with the rules of non-tariff regulation. After verification, the customs service issues an invoice for payment of duties. The declarant (consignee) pays for it and takes the goods. We recommend using the services of a customs broker for cargo clearance.

Why is customs clearance necessary?

The owner of the goods or his representative is obliged to declare the transported cargo - to provide complete and reliable information about it, otherwise the shipment will be delayed, and the recipient will be administratively liable.

We check the correctness of filling and completeness of documents before sending, and we also offer reliable brokers.

If you have your own broker - we will provide the documents and instructions necessary for filing a declaration with customs.
